Established in 2017 by Fabio Rossi and Giovanni Martino, Rossi Martino aims to bring modern and contemporary European art and artists to a broader audience in Asia. With an initial focus on Italian Post-War and contemporary art, Rossi Martino mounts gallery exhibitions, participates in art fairs and publishes academic catalogues. In 2018, Rossi Martino held its first-ever show in Asia on the work of the late Italian avant-garde artist Aldo. Rossi Martino’s installation at West Bund Art & Design 2018 in Shanghai featured paintings and drawings by Giorgio Morandi.
Fabio Rossi is the principal owner of Rossi & Rossi. Founded in 1986 by Anna Maria Rossi, the gallery, which specialises in classical and contemporary Asian art, operates spaces in London and Hong Kong. Giovanni Martino is a second-generation art dealer based between Lugano, Switzerland, and Milan, Italy.
